Chakras and Auras

The following pages are an introduction to the world of energy centres, meridians and auras. This may help to consolidate what you read in the Crystal Healing Section. Everybody has an aura: it reflect the emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing of ourselves. It can be drained by the everyday world or by psychic attack ie someone either intentionally or unintentionally draining us of our essence.... have you ever met anyone who instantly leaves you feeling drained??

Usually, the colours in your aura represent two things: they are associated with your chakras: ie different chakras have a different colour and depending on how balanced we are is shown in our aura: or the emotional state... Reiki practitioners pick up on this ie if you have had a bad day you might have a lot of dark colours in your aura.

My husband says that my aura is full of rainbows, constantly shifting colours, that never stays the same: this could mean that either I need a shrink or that I have a healthy psychic balance but then I am a witch so the astral plane probably effects my aura....

There are many Reiki and Wiccan/Pagan books that deal with auras. Also many crystal healing books discuss auras and the effect of damage and draining by physical and psychic draining can have  This is usually termed as holes in the aura... often seen in special photos but this is a debate in itself...
